The PCS Professionals was founded by Jenny McCarty, military spouse and real estate professional, in order to safeguard our fellow military members against companies, lenders, and agents who target military but do not keep their best interest at the forefront.

"The first PCS my family made, we enlisted the help of one of the areas top agents who "specialized in military relocation."  I was a real estate agent at the time, and had actually referred many clients to this agent.  I was very disappointed when I realized that our agent took advantage of our situation, and my trust, and steered us to a property that was an "easy sale," but not a good option for someone moving in 3-4 years.  I realized that this happens so often, and many military members don't even realize it.  When it comes time to sell, their agents blame the market for them not being able to sell, and they trust them.  We can't predict the future market, but there are some general rules military should follow and look for when purchasing a home.  I created this organization to not only help prevent this from happening, but to also help fellow spouses and veterans by referring business to those who are not only qualified real estate agents, but also experienced first-hand in the PCS move."   ~ Jenny McCarty, Founder

Real Estate Professionals in The PCS Professional Network meet very specific guidelines to help ensure they are not only qualified to represent and assist military members PCSing, but also that they are experienced and understanding of the unique situations our military makes with these types of moves.  We give priority to qualified military members, spouses, and veterans when choosing real estate professionals to assist our military clients, since no one understands more than those who have actually made the move.
